The science & the story
Hydrogen respiration, from clinical insight to a device you can own.
CellPowerX builds hydrogen respiration machines on two decades of clinical practice and one simple idea: supporting the body begins with the quality of what you breathe.

A bioenergetics pioneer who turned clinical experience into everyday technology.
Nuno Nina is the co-founder of CellPowerX and a pioneer in bioelectromagnetic and bioinformational medicine, with more than twenty years of clinical experience and over 70,000 client journeys worldwide.
Across that career two threads run in parallel, biofrequency technology and molecular hydrogen. The AirGo and AirPlus systems are where the hydrogen thread became a product for consistent, laboratory-grade delivery outside the clinic.
"The starting point isn't a symptom, it's the cell. If you support the environment a cell works in, you give the body a better chance to do what it already knows how to do."
The philosophy behind CellPowerX hydrogen respiration
The thinking behind the systems
Cellular energy, oxidative balance, and a smaller molecule
Molecular hydrogen (H₂) is the smallest molecule there is, and that is precisely what makes it interesting as a way to reach where oxidative stress does its damage.
Healthy cellular function starts in the mitochondria; hydrogen is viewed as one input that may help the body maintain its own energy metabolism.
Laboratory work suggests H₂ tends to neutralise the most damaging free radicals while leaving the molecules the body uses for normal signalling alone.
Inhalation lets hydrogen diffuse directly from the lungs into the bloodstream, a direct, comfortable route for a sustained session.
What the research shows
A young field with real momentum
Modern interest in molecular hydrogen is often traced to a 2007 paper in Nature Medicine, which reported that H₂ could selectively reduce the hydroxyl radical in a laboratory model. Since then thousands of papers and more than a hundred registered clinical trials have explored hydrogen in areas such as exercise recovery, fatigue, inflammation and oxidative stress.
There is a growing, legitimate body of research into molecular hydrogen, and early findings are promising for wellness and recovery. The research is genuine and expanding, but still relatively young, and a firm consensus on specific clinical benefits in humans has not been established. CellPowerX presents hydrogen respiration as part of an integrative wellness approach, not a medical treatment.

From the clinic to your home
Why AirGo and AirPlus exist
The design goal was to carry the same quality of gas, clean, pure, consistent, into a device anyone can run at home, without cutting the corners that matter.
Both systems purify incoming water to a very high standard, so the gas you breathe starts from a clean, consistent source.
The electrolysis architecture keeps the gases properly managed and the output stable, carried over from clinical-grade equipment.
From AirGo's compact 300 ml/min to AirPlus's 600 ml/min, each unit holds its output flat across a full session.
Breathe better, at laboratory-grade purity.

Molecular hydrogen research is ongoing, and a definitive scientific consensus on specific clinical benefits in humans has not been established. AirGo and AirPlus are wellness devices. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual experiences vary.
